So, what are we doing? We're dipping a toe into mindful waters to discover we're the whole gorgeous ocean! Exploring how mindfulness and meditation can impact every aspect of our lives. We will use our breath, awareness, and stillness to bring wonder and acceptance to the present moment, quiet negative self talk, reduce stress, and help us create balance in our bodies, minds, and lives.
Every Sunday morning we'll explore a new concept of mindfulness and meditation. The approach is gentle, intuitive, and completely accessible. Each class complements each other, but stands alone as an experience. Classes are supplemented with information and exercises to help you develop your own formal and informal meditation practice.

Each session is $20 suggested donation. Sessions run 45 minutes. One session free with the purchase of 6 session punch card. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available. Advanced registration is strongly encouraged.
